Ooooh, what an interesting character you've crated here, Alyssa. >w> I like Oliver a lot, and from both the reference picture and the information you've put down here, he definitely seems very well-rounded and nice. 8D That can especially be seen in his character traits, like with his hair style showing his mood, and with his stuttering, it's the small things like that which add up to a creative OC, and you did well with that here.
