They sounds like italian words, but they haven't a real meaning.
Well, "scarmiglione" could be "ruffled", but the real word is "scarmigliato".
"Barbariccia" is "curly beard", but it must be "barba - riccia".
"Rubicante"... mmmh... "rubicondo" means "ruddy". "Rubicante" is... "rudding", more or less.
