right....so....i'm suppose to...-oh yeah- talk about this art.hehehe. ok, ya know how i make characters out of these drawings?well, the explainations and profiles of the characters are pretty long so i decided to put it on journal instead. ok? k. ENJOY!!!

Well there are a couple of ways. The easiest is to click deviantwatch, under a deviant's information rectangle (in the darker gray rectangle directly underneath; on the far right next to "Send Note"). That will then take you to an area where all your other friends/people you watch are.
The second way is to click "messages" at the very top of your screen. On the right of the new page that pops up, there should be a coloum that says "My Account" (2nd one down), under that you click "Manage My Friends." That will pull up a page that has the list of all the people you watch. On the right hand side there is a blank space that says "add a deviant" and you type in the person's name.
Is that what you're looking for?
And could you refrase the last question? ('be on the who's watching you list?')
