Dash with accessories!! Side view of the high flyer crown
Dashie is made from super cuddly minky fabric with ultra plush poly-fil. Her eyes and cutie mark were machine embroidered (using sulky rayon thread).
Dash stands approximately 14" in height and 15" in length (including the mane/tail)
Body pattern was modified from
The mane/tail patterns were drafted by myself as well as the embroidery files for the eyes/cutie mark.

The eyes were embroidered on using my janome sewing/embroidery machine and embroidery digitizing software.
Hmm, tips.....take your time so you sew once if possible and not need to seam rip...dang, I'm not good with thinking of tips off the top of my head @_@

The software I used was purchased with my Janome machine (like 8 years ago) and I have some new software with my new Babylock machine (Floriani is the software brand) that I'm currently learning how to use. I'm pretty sure there's free software online as well that does digitizing, but not sure it's name.

Wow! Do you mind if I ask where you found that gold pleather? The pony is lovely, (I especially like her wings!) but the shiny pleather touch is really a nice addition!

I went to many a place looking for gold pleather, which apparently doesn't exist where I looked ;A; So I ended up using shiny metallic gold spandex that was not the easiest to sew. @_@ I picked it up from a place called Golden D'or though. ^_^
