this comic is going to be awesome. 12 Pages is not much, did you set yourself a limit or was it a random outcome? Cause i think, the beginning is a bit fast. A bigger establishment shoot and a few more in general would show the reader the loneliness of the world, which is important in the comic. Just some more lonely, broken houses, maybe some empty streets, and after 3 or 4 panels, the focus on the cat. And i think, one or two more panels between your first and second would also be nice. Just to show, how the ?cat? comes from the rooftop to the streets. It appears a bit confusing to me. Also that the scream happens already in the second panel gives me a feeling like "normal businesses", which this is not, obviously.
I like the difference between your second and third panel though. It gives me an idea, how sudden and certain the ?cat? goes in the new direction.
Good work.

thanks for the review I wasn't expecting this at all and its always nice to have one. I think first thing to know is this little comic I made is fan made, it actually comes from an indie game called "Off" and after seeing the shocking end, things like "what if this happenned?" started to appear in my mind. I started sketching out for fun ideas and stories, "what if the last characters alive in the game would meet, what would really happen?" and really, it simply got out of hand hahaha. This comic assume you saw/played the game first, so I guess its normal you are a little confused by the events.
I did thought about giving more times and more panels for the introduction, and giving much more panels to everything else to be honest, but after a good reflexion about it, I came to an unavoidable conclusion : making a comic takes a freakin amount of time and work, gurl you wont be able to do it as pretty and nice as you imagine it. So I needed to be honest with what I could do : I needed to reajust my settings, calculate the possible from the impossible, and out of all : will I kill myself doing it? Do I like the story enough to have the patience and energy to create a 50 pages up just for a fan work? In the end my response was no, so I settled my idea down and only added what was possibly realisable for me and still makes it pretty and comprehensible for the fans of the game.
the comic will be indeed 12 pages, but I'll be honest with you, the ending you'll see will not be the final one I have imagined. Ideally, there would be a part 2 after the first 12 pages, but I have now other interests and projects in mind, so I decided to not draw them. This comic is one of the biggest project I have done so far in art, and I learned a great deal with it and had a lot of fun. But now I need to pass to something else. Though, I'll post a few sketches and drabble of ideas of what would be the outcome to anyone curious about it.
So... did I set myself a limit or was it a random outcome? A bit of both, I gave some deadlines to force myself to finish it, but it started out pretty randomly and sketchy hahaha. So yeah... I do agree the beginning is a bit fast and now, looking at it again I would change so many things, but its done. Thank you very much though for taking the time to write all of this constructive comment! I really appreciate them. Annnd, if you'd like to know, the cat's name is "Pablo" or "The Judge"
