Description
Shen and his family in my imagination.His wife, Lian is my character. She is royal too, but she lost her family and her throne because of some evil figures (no spoilers, sorry). She was sold into slavery as a little girl, but she escaped, and became a swindler, a thief. She meet with Shen at Valley of Peace and they make a strange relationship... later she tell her story, when they are closer. After Shen redeem himself in Gongmen, Lian will be his wife.
And... I couldn't decide between the two type of this pic.

Oh, this is just beautiful! I really like that you did this two ways, one half in color and the other in black and white. I find it kind of funny that this character of yours has the same name as a one of mine for Kung Fu Panda who is also paired with Shen, but mine is vastly different. I'm currently doing a written project about them as childhood friends who eventually marry before the events in Kung Fu Panda 2. This means I'll be trying to do my own take on the sequel once it's finished. Feel free to check it out if you want to, the first one is titled "Shades of Grey" and it's close to being completed.
