Alright. My opinion about him, comes… now.

I love his figure. His profile is really beautiful. Almos cute. He has some regal air around him, when he actually stands up and raises his head. His horns are magnificent.
But when he leans forward and talks, he is like that grumpy villain grandpa, who says:
"Bah! In my time, villains used to kill the heroes! You young idiots know nothing!"

There is only one thing i don't understand about his desing: the mohawk and the tail. Not like it's not looking good. But he is a ram/goat. That is a pony's mane.

And I miss Bray. Maybe he will join later? Because the legion of Doom is kind of a joke now, with the little girl, the centaur and the half-insane ex-queen.
Sombra was the most powerful among them, but he was written out... (don't ask my feelings about that -.-). It was hilarious, how Grogar had enough of him and kicked him out XD
As for Bray… maybe he will be a pony, who is not satisfied with Twilight becoming ruler? Maybe Twilight will accidentally do some harm and she makes Bray chose Grogar as a stronger leader-figure, that her?
That would be interesting.

Anyway: love his desing. Not much his voice. I want to see him get more angry and active and getting out from his grumpy grandpa-state.
