1.Arcee always dated mechs that are 20 feet tall (Cliffjumper, Tailgate), and Knock out is 20 feet tall!
2.Knock Out isn't just a medic, he is a soldier too, just like Cliffjumper was(and Tailgate having the same body type as Cliffjumper was maybe an soldier too).Β
