probably one of my favorite shoot! (and the most dangerous too! as you can see, the sea was really agitated! thank you to the model, you was a little hurt in the end and totaly wet!)
Costume made of synthetic fabric and with real shell (I glue it, so It's not very resistant)

well, she slipped on the rocks because of it, so she was hurt a bit ^^" and the photographer's camera didn't appreciate the water sea at all :/

thanks, but that's too bad, the decorations on the top just last for the shooting (in a way, we were lucky! It didn't fall during the session), and the chains rusted because of the salt water. For the tail, it need to be more stiff, or at least i should have made a structure that continue a bit inside the tail (on that version It was only inside the fin). Well, the positives things is that I won't make the same mistakes twice if I do another mermaid 
I'm glad you like it this much, and I must say that it was one of my favorite costume, and the model worn it very well

Well, that's tribal belly dance who inspire me! But a mermaid can't stand on her feet so it would have been strange to make the move on the ground^^ and honeslty, with that weather, I didn't even think about asking the model that kind of pose xD

haha, I don't have that kinf of pic^^ and the model was wearing a mermaid tail, so it was impossible for her to stand up and "poke her belly" button"

I don't think so, and the sea was so violent that we didn't even think about it (It was more: try to protect the camera, et keep an eye on the model
