Entry for the theme "Masks".I had the idea that centuries after Zuko and Katara had died, their (love) story will still be told in theater... but with certain embellishments. xD
"Your favorite actors take on the roles of the Painted Lady Katara and her secret and dangerous lover, Zuko of the Blue Spirit, to tell their legendary story!"

I think I heard something about the Ember Island Players putting on a show just like this next fall! Of course, there will be some inaccuracies. What with them not knowing Katara is the painted lady. AND not knowing Zuko is the Blue Spirit.

I love this! So pretty! This could've worked for History too. As in "Everything that Korra thought was true about Katara, Zuko, and Aang's history was sort of wrong."

Thank you! I realized that as I read more of the prompts... xD But I wanted to emphasize more the roles of Katara and Zuko as symbolized by their masks, rather than whether or not the recounting was right or wrong. If it's history, it's more important whether I'm implying that this is the REAL history or if I'm kind of poking fun at fandom...

so exciting to see you in zutara week! I really love this idea--I was thinking about incorporating the theatre for this theme too but sadly couldn't make it work, haha. But this is really epic! I love the thought of their story being told in drama...like it is right now
