My friend, who is a poet, asked me to draw some illustrations because she wanted them in her tiny poetry book. That was probably the nicest thing someone ever asked me to do.I also drew a cover but I'll wait until the release date of her book and then I'll show everyone how it looks like (I have to say my cover looks really nice).

Yea, first I did everything traditionally (with black ink) but I didn't like the result so I edited it digitally. I had different version with sharp-shaped hands but trust me, those look much better. (I truly hate drawing hands :< )

ok, i mastered it, so listen close:
1. think about sad things
2. feel sad
3. listen to sad music (i recommend bands like Joy Division or even classical music)
4. think about sad things ever more
5. suddenly feel inspired
6. sketch
7. fuck up everything with black ink OR generally fuck up the artwork somehow
8. cry
9. take a photo of the artwork OR scan it
10. edit it in SAI
11. feel sad again but at least artwork is done
That's how I've been creating art for over 2 years. :")
