Manu is a high-positioned angel, and his influence is destiny, though he is one to see it, not manipulate it. He can sense when someone shows great promise, and as such, was often put to work with those people.
Which most of the time turned out to be young children. WHICH HE HATES.

His most recent care is Emoreree, and when he left the outskirts of Heaven, he didn't have much a choice but to follow him, even though the man annoys him as much as possible. He's practically all the time around him, since no matter how annoying it is, he takes his job seriously orz.
