That blackboard is wrong, in spanish true form it was "Β‘Hola, dame un beso! (Hi, take me a kiss!)", Kiss me it was "bΓ©same" and noho or I noho I don't know can understand it.

Spain should have told Romano it means 'I hate you' so Roma would yell 'dome un beso' at Spain whenever he gets pissed. Or he should have told him that 'te amo' means I hate you.
