I don't think Rho Aias can block Gae Bolg if Chu uses its first function. It's aΒ "cause and effect" in the order of things, so it doesn't matter if Archer puts up a shield to block it because the spear is already pre-destined to have already pierced his heart. Now, if Chu uses it's anti-army function, that's a different story.

Yeah, Rho Aias can't block the normal Gae Bolg. Archer will get pierced in the heart one way or another. So lets just assume that Rin in this comic is referring to the jump version (the anti-army one)

Replace "Lancer" with his real name "Cuchulainn" and "gay bulge" with "Gae Bulg" ... But not raw ass. Raw ass is actually accurate.
