I should have explained this earlier. Ok, this doujinshi is taken place after Dei met up with Zetsu & Tobi. They went back to the Akatsuki HQ. Kakuzu stitched Dei's arms. Gaaah! I'll just explain everything on the future pages! Basically, Dei got his arms back. Sorry for the confusion~
