I know I've already done him(her) once before, but I've always been VERY unhappy with the outcome.
So I thought I'd redo one while I'm on a roll. The other Squirtle lineart download is deactivatied and I'll take it down in a few months. Thank you for the comments on the previous one.
I hope you'll find the new one better.
