- Beepups must have small dot shaped pupils, unless you purchase Tier 4 eye trait. You can add a small distinguishable dot(of any color) at the center of their eyes to make pupils, or you can resize the black circle to be small enough. Your choice! C:

And pupils MUST be small dots for basic eyes, regardless of your art style. This is a species requirement which is a must. You still can keep their big eyes, just by making them sclera not pupil. Or you have to use Tier 4 eye traits if you really want to draw them with bigger circled pupils.
