This is the first picture of this weekend's con and probably the last for today. I'm really tired and sleepy and I'll probably mess a lot with the description and waaah.I had such a good time! And such a good Shiro!
There's my Aina cosplay. As you see, I'm still kinda chubby, but I love plugsuits. This time I aimed for a Zeon normalsuit, red version. It's not perfect, as always, I have lots of flaws. But I made it completely sewing by hand ( yes, no sewing machine involved ), and my body is not as slim as Aina should be, but I'm happy I could make it.
As for the white details, I wasn't pleased with the "draw the stripes" option almost everyone does. So I pleated the fabric and stitched and sewn it together, and it took lots of time but I'm happy.
I just hope you enjoy it. It's not a mainstream anime, it's Gundam, but it's the goddamn best love story from all the Gundam series.

Es que el manga es infinitamente mejor, solo son 6 tomos y es mucho más...no se, más serio, más realista. Anemone da muuuy mal rollo, pero por eso me encanta xDDD
Tampoco es plan de que veas todo robots, hay que alternar xDDDD encima Gundam AGE, que es de las peores, uff.

en realidad me viene bien ver mechas, siempre veo anime del mismo tipo me cansa llorar como una loca, así que desconectar me viene de lujo y claro, si puedo verla y hacerlo (que eso va ser lo gracioso) yo sería hiper feliz de salir de la espiral de cuernos y aquacolor gris xd

What kind of fabric did you use for the normal suit? I want to make her's and Ghinius's someday, so any insight on how to do it is nice.

I used regular pleather, which was a bit uncomfortable because I couldn't sit or it could break. I had to be extra careful with that. If you're better at working with lycra, I definitely recommend you use it better. Personally, I don't like working with extra stretchy stuff, and besides, where I live, the pleather is cheaper than the lycra ^^U
The plugsuit itself was easy to make. I made separately a jacket and some pants with the same waist size, sewn them together, sewn the zipper in the front and then tighten it ( you just put it on and separate the extra fabric with needles, you take it off and you cut the extra then sew where the needles were ).
I guess the hardest part was the neck/chest, I wanted it to have a bit of volume, so it has 3 layers - 2 pleather ones, so I could turn it inside out, and a fleece one, so it would give volume, which was put inside so it could give volume. And it's sewn in a way so you won't see the thread, sewing just the inside pleather layer to the suit.
I'm sorry if I don't explain really well ^^U I'm bad at teaching other people, I'm the kind who would just take it from your hands and make it myself
