I'm not good at drawing boys, and i'm bored of drawing girls only, so i made this for practice.

I like what you are going for here really nice image,
but if I may the hand kinda bugs me, you have a rather strong line for the thumb on the hand, when becasue it is wrapped in bandages we really wouldn't see any such line, as the bandages would make the palm and lower thumb appear on the same plane.

you have good control with colours and what to and not to smooth/ blur. My only two points would be in respect to the character there are no shadows that show the impact of the kitten or his hand or clothing against other areas. For example if the light is coming from ahead/ left as the refraction on the sign dictates, the leg and kitten would cast a shadow over the guys jacket and shirt. Secondly his tie is too straight, try messing with folds in clothing and such. Otherwise good work, especially on the backdrop and bricks.

Not bad. Is that blood on his collar or lipstick? Judging by the hand and cheek bandaging, I assume it is blood, but for all I know he got those from getting into fights with jealous dudes.

I think you should try and go for a stronger contrast to create more depth, it sounds quite simple but I think it would really benefit your art and help you on your journey. The mood of the picture does come across very well.
What I am trying to do right now as well is to look at realisticΒ pictures and working it into my own style. I can already see some improvements and I am excited to see where it might take you in the future as well! Β

Hi..nice picture! The composition will background is good! I can feel the mood of the picture well. May be you can try improve of the color shading and contrast, so that the character more stand out. This is a nice image, I'm most drawn to the city in the background, I love the lights on the mountains. The character himself looks very stiff, however. I would suggest doing lots of quick 30sec gestural sketches to practice getting the flow of poses, helps you learn how to draw how the different poses 'feel'. But otherwise you are doing good here, I like the colors you chose, it gives it a nice soft yet dusky feel.

Hello there
you got a colorful piece here but there's so many things to point out here
if you'd like to look for anatomy corrections, especially the limbs in general.
and his torso it's too parallel to look at if you asked me, besides being wide. I felt his hands art too drawn small and is paralleled with his forearm and needs more of a volume and some curves. Also the legs looks like it wasn't connected to his lower torso. All in all you gotta need to practice anatomy.
Also I'd like to point out about his side view face I felt his philtrum looks too long in between the nose and the upper mouth. so I don't know what you're trying to convey there, unless you may state the kind of anime style you're trying to do here.
Anyways great work, hope to help you out improving your work here and never forget to look for references, it'll surely help you alot

Lovely color scheme! I quite like the shading style and wow that sky! The kitty is also really adorable x3 One thing I might suggest is make the hand posing more obvious? I'm not sure what he's doing, if he's reaching out to catch the snow or if he's shielding the kitty from the snow. The torso also feels a bit too wide compared to the arms and leg. But anyway, great amount of detail, really sweet scene ^^b

I always find a purple sky a sight to behold, and the gradient sky in this looks really pretty! The falling snow is also very detailed and I like that cute kitty sleeping on the guy's knee!Β Β
