Felt like doing something with Muro for the Challenge this week ^^ was certainly fun, had forgotten how to use muro a bit xD

Hi from ProjectComment ! I got the tag word "animal," so I picked this piece due to Wolverine's nickname and personality xD.
Vision
This piece is intense, with Wolverine being up in the viewer's face and brandishing his claws. It clearly conveys Wolverine's personality (at least his movie one, I haven't read the comics), no additional explanation necessary. The red background is subtle but adds to the piece, and the furrows in Wolverine's mask conveys his anger.
Originality
There are a lot of pictures of Wolverine with his claws, but it's not surprising considering that's one of his most distinctive traits. However, your extreme close up provides an added degree of intimidation.
Technique
I'm not sure how good the blending tools are in Muro, but I would suggest blending the shaded areas in the costume some more, especially the yellow areas since they stand out the most, and also adding highlights to middle of the claws to make them shine.
I would also suggest making the claws sleeker, like they are here and here . Right now, the edges of the claws look uneven, and the claws here are also a lot wider than the ones in both the movies and comics. Again, I don't know what tools are available in Muro, but there are a few tools in Photoshop that might help with this if you can get the claws onto a separate layer, such as smudge, warp, and/or transform.
Lastly, I'd suggest omitting the sparkles and instead using highlights on the claws to make them shinier, as that would add to the realism of the piece. I tend to associate sparkles with shoujo manga/bishounen, and not with a more masculine-looking character like Wolverine; it doesn't seem to fit his personality and appearance.
Impact
That said, I really like the intense feeling of this piece, and how you conveyed the essence of Wolverine's character in your drawing. Your artwork and techniques are really improving, keep up the awesome work!

And yeah >< i had a lot of problems with the claws, i wasnt sure how to make them thinner without them looking even more wonky and deformed xD gotta try that
We all know Wolverine is the ultimate shoujo guy (im kidding)

That's probably difficult in Muro, but if you can't use Photoshop, then try out SAI's vectoring tool for the claws - the tool will give you a lot of control over the line art.
I'm trying to imagine Wolverine as a shoujo character now and the most I can think of is adding a blush to his face
