Tsube AKA Tsubex (TSOO-beks)Blond, short hair, brown eyes, his element is time. Trained under Luxord, Tsube is called the Timely Fighter. His new name is Tsubex and his weapons are a pair of silver and black nunchucks. Tsube is smart and, like Xemnas and Saix, he and Mark seem to work together.

hmm. cool.
maybe in some cutscenes, some of his luck should be shown. like if someone were to try and kill him, it would narrowly miss through some freak accident, and he is completely unaware of the entire thing.

Yep, speeding, slowing, reversing, forwarding, and also since he's trained by Luxord, Tsubex has some gambling aspects to his attacks like Roulette, but most of his attacks are more like lucky chances than gambling.
