This is a lovely crypton group photo!! The costumes are all very accurate and beautifully made!!
However, not to be picky but they are not the first vocaloids, the first ones are Leon and Lola ^ ^;; //sorry, it's just a pet peeve of mine when people mistaken cryptonloids as the first vocaloids

She is modeling, though. The photograph isn't necessarily the artwork in question; the costume and modeling, however are artwork. It's like taking a photograph of a bit of pottery you made. Just because someone else took the picture does not alter the fact that you crafted the bowl or what-have-you in it. Unless you'd like to cite policy on that?

This deviant never stated in his/her description that s/he is in the picture itself. Therefore, since s/he stated that this photograph is not taken by her/himself, I was lead to thinking it was stolen artwork.

Wouldn't it be stolen artwork only if it was a professional shoot and they weren't paid for? This doesn't look like a professional shoot and she is the cosplayer, so I see nothing wrong with her uploading it.
