Sorry to rain on your little Troll Parade here, but I use bases and I can draw. I use bases when I want to add colour to my art or if my scanner isn't working so don't go saying 'they're cheap excuses for weeaboos who can't draw' because for one, there ARE non-anime bases and two, not everyone who uses a base is a 'weeaboo'. Besides, your icon was probably made USING a base, so think twice before you go bitching about other people's work. Or better yet, keep your opinions TO YOURSELF.
