Hmmm... you'd get rid of a lot of that feminine look if you made his shoulders a lot broader. For reference, Akabane's shoulders are about three widths of his head from tip to tip, without his shirt on. They're even wider with his jacket because of the type of sleeves he has.
The background and coloring are great. His head is just a little big
