"Je t'aime, moi non plus." - I love you, me neither. - is a French saying.
It is difficult to explain its meaning. However, to put it simply, when someone says "I love you" and you feel that it's a lie and an insincere comment, you reply "me neither" as if that person had said "I don't love you".

To summarise the situation, Madara has just provoked Itachi by menacing his little brother.
I can imagine Madara saying something along the line of:
”Now, now Itachi, your hatred is making you reckless…”

The man is just pure evil alright and knows how to enrage the Uchiha prodigy.
But if I were you, I’d back away really fast because things are about to get nasty here!
