Sometimes while I'm at work, I'll draw little pics with only my outlining pen to see how much I can do with out screwing up (since I can't erase pen lol
) and this one came out good! Yay! Anyway, it's Rini/Chibiusa...obviously
Drawn on a left over receipt, colored with PS and my tablet, and the background was done with PS too

Smart mouth brat yet she got a good heart and is very brave none the less. She still need to grow up within herself. Being a grown is about having cruves, boobs, and stuff no its about be mature within oneself.
