A little beauty pageant from all over Yunia! :3
One's birthsuit is more important and valuable, it's one suit
that can't be replaced and is exceptionally hard to fix, it takes
years of daily effort to refine it, not just something a tailor can
make in a week.
In Yunia birthsuits have the highest status, worn with pride!

It's nice to see all that variation in your OC arsenal! XD Mycelia has the most interesting skin colour (and hat... hair?), and my favourites are Samedi, Meowgli (is that name intended? xD) and Kagemaru. Also, I love how Melissa is a waspy but also looks like a wasp with those antennae!

Don't know why but I love Samedi so much. She looks beautiful and natural, true to herself, with beautiful anatomy, beautiful pose and face. She really is the one I love the most... I don't know why I feel so attracted by this character. her name is fun to me in French ^w^ I really like the whole piece with all characters. I've always enjoyed so much to look at that type of art with many refs on a same page, many characters, poses, expressions, etc. It's so much fun to pay attention to every detail, every character, their faces, the tiny little details they all have and that make them all so unique. It's such an interesting way of presenting characters. Love it!

The name Samedi actually is the name of one of the deities (loa) in the Voodoo religion, where many members are French speaking. This deity (Baron Samedi) is probably the most visually recognizable Voodoo character and you probably saw him many times, he has a skeletal face and a long top hat, people also sometimes call him "the male voodoo witch" when they dress up like him for Halloween :3
But to me Samedi sounds more like a girl's name, while Lundi and Mardi sound like boy's names. I actually have a new picture with the three of them that I will post sometime or can show you if you want in a private note :3
I'm very glad you enjoyed this illustration!! <3 It's been a while since I last drew a picture with many characters together and this time I tried to beat the record and draw 18 characters XD Next I plan to color them to add even more details to look at! :3

Yup. I know a lot of them are into waist cinching, I wasn't just too familiar with Melissa's character. It's just that those three characters I have already fell in love with.Β Β
But I'm excited if you intend to develop Rosemary and Melissa's character further!Β Β

I never drew Melissa before but her island was the recent addition to the world of Yunia, a sort of ancient greek inspired island (and 'Melissa' means 'bee' in Greek
It's an island where this fantasy race of 'honeybees', I still haven't decided either they naturally possess bee-like waists or have the tradition to wear a small bracelet on the waist since youth so it gradually develops this way... They have bee-like antennas on the head so I was thinking that a natural bee-like waist is more probable as another physiological trait, so she could be thin-waisted without the help of a bracelet, too

I just tried to re-design her in a way to make it more likely to draw more of her. She's now a strange mix of a Gypsy fortune teller and a Spanish flamenco dancer and she's also the head of a caravanserai/casino, the heart of wicked fun where sexy talents always find their paying clients. And she's one of the best dancers there too, in a way I wanted Rosemary to absorb the abilities of this other old character of mine:

Alas, not all of my favorite characters are here because this picture was originally planned as "princes and princesses of Yunia", so it was supposed to be the authorities only but then I decided to not burden it with too much talk about governments and present it as a general beauty pageant

Honeybees. They make sweet sweet honey, yet they sting (do they?). I think if they have natural bee-like antennas, it would make sense that they have natural bee-like waists too as like a mechanism for their bodies to produce honey. And maybe they can wear waist bracelets as ornaments or maybe as a tool to make their waists even smaller.
It's also awesome to see supporting characters like Rosemary with multi-layered personalities themselves. It makes me love a story even more when there is a well thought out list of people and events that shape the main characters. This is why I am a fan of your two most iconic characters Jim and Arcus. Jim in utter poverty finds a way out through his brother John helping him train his waist and joining the circus. Arcus bored with power and dominance finds pleasure and freedom becoming a submissive of Asmodeus.

In fact I forgot about that story twist myself as Arcus was originally just an enslaved prince who was actually forbidden to waist-cinch which was a beauty tradition in his former kingdom, so Asmodeus wanted to make him a gymnast, not a wasp, he forbid him to train his waist but Arcus would still do it at night or whenever he could. But over time Arcus fell in love with Asmodeus and in turn Asmodeus grew to appreciate the tiny waist practices and didn't mind Arcus to be wasped whenever he wanted. Arcus became somewhat like a prince again because he was showing full obedience to Asmodeus, so the great king started to trust him as a lover. At the same time as you mentioned, Arcus grew to feel a great relief being an entertainer instead of a prince, he no longer needed to involve with politics or royal meetings, everything he ever did now was dancing, training and sex, which was a super relaxed life after all the years being a prince. Despite the training was super intense, it was indeed pleasure and freedom compared to the boredom of power.
For honeybees I was think they're not humans, their naturally bee-like bodies do produce honey, the nectar they excrete is nothing like that of a human, thanks to the different metabolism and a whole different diet. It reminds me of some animal called luwak, who is used to make a special sort of coffee, it will eat the beans and then humans gather its poo and make coffee from it, the fact is that it's said to taste great although I never tried it myself. The honeybees similarly are sort of mythic creatures whose pee is like mead and poo is like honey XD

The story of Arcus is indeed the perfect storm of erotic literature. You have managed to effectively combine (1) power exchanges (2) fetish and (3) sexual elements. Most literotica just do one or two but rarely all three.
