i really like it ^-^ and yes its believed by most fans that dr. whooves is modeled after David Tennant (best doctor! XD ) but great job on this one and big mac!

Yeah, I don't watch Dr. Who so I wasn't sure. I basically ran an image search to get an idea of what some of them looked like and borrowed things from a few to make something unique. I'm glad you like it though even if it's not modeled after David Tennant.

I don't know I've never really watched Dr. Who so I'm not sure. I looked at a lot of the Dr. Who actors and picked the one I thought resembled the pony version the most and turned him anime! lol
