theres a thing with the eyes that is rare but still posible called heterochromia iridium which causes differences in eye colors whether it be slivers of color or two different colored eyes

Yep I'm aware, though it's strange cus the only similarities I see between the two are pink clothes and parasol. I hope Neo doesn't lose her arms or anything. And I certainly hope she won't be as creepy as Nui xD
