I did this some time ago (like 5 years ago
) Anyway, tis' the long blonde haired robot boy from the Megaman X (er Rockman X ) He so rocks! 
This is a mixture of pen , colored pencils and markers if I do believe. Touched up just a smidgen with photoshop (it had horrible specks all over it after I scanned it). Enjoy!
