The hairdo is nice and the way you did the face is brilliant
Just one thing. I guess anger is the expression you were aiming for. But somehow she looks still way too calm for that ^^ If someone is angry, you might see more folds in her face. I think this is just whats missing somehow. But beside that its brilliant!

I know .. xDianna said that in comment below. I think that my inability to draw emotions in faces is result of that i drew only calm and quiet faces in anime style..
I have to learn a lots of things..

Great details, event the star earring beneath her hair!
Also the shading of the whole thing (including the hair) is very good
But I don't know if it was supposed to be like this or not, but when the brows get together for an angered face, shouldn't there be a slight wrinkle or something.
