Okay, just ignore this. I did this mostly for myself but am submitting anyway. This is Ruki from the Gazette (under tons of shitty filters) and I love those stripes on his neck
I was glad to find out that after all those years (it's been 13 years if I'm not mistaken) he hasn't given up that kind of habit.I also was in love and drew him a lot lol. Sometime.
