I had this idea in mind since last week... and honestly, I knew that it would be a necessary evil, but I still have trouble killing off my own characters.

This is a scene from "Remembered Eternity". After Josephine becomes a new Planar, everyone gathers to celebrate... but things take a turn for the worse when Melothios appears, having stolen Kaina's body. Acting the part, she makes everyone believe that she left Alban (her husband) with caring for their newborn... only Laurinya doesn't buy it.

After convincing her to talk in private, Laurinya confronts "Kaina" over events - like her supposed dissapearance. When "Kaina" seems unable to tell Laurinya the name of the child, the latter tries to force Melothios out... only for Melothios to tell Laurinya that she has stolen and absorbed Kaina's soul before escaping in a veil of darkness.

This leads to this scene: Laurinya desperately trying to wake Kaina up, even though she whole-heartedly knows that her sister will never wake up.
