Great job! May I add some critique? (:
Her neck is extremely thin, a lil' bit too much in my opinion.
Also, her face look somehow "flat" because all the organs (eyes, nose, mouth) are slightly too much at the right. Also, it's shape is a little diagonal.
It's kinda hard for me to explain so I tried to move things in photoshop to explain what I mean. I hope you don't mind, I only try to explain I didn't make it look good but I hope you can understand what I've meant.

About the neck I think I like it that way, ridiculously thin, but you are right about the positioning of the eyes.
