Papercraft commission of Yuugi and Gandora the Dragon of Destruction! I'm really happy with this one - I've loved Yugioh with all my little nerd heart since I was a kid, AND I was super excited to take on Gandora's design in particular. All those cool red gems! Eyes? Whatever they are! They're cool! I used craft half-pearls and stained them red (which was excellent timing because I'd just bought an enormous box of pink half-pearls in a fit of artistic glee and then was immediately like "...what exactly did I think these would be useful for") (They are useful for DRAGONS, THAT'S WHAT) (Though they did make the piece impossible to scan, but it was totally worth it)Related content

Now this is quite different. I love that it was made out of paper. The fact that you were able to create both Yuugi and Gandora completely out of paper like this is amazing. Not only does the colors of the paper work well for each of the parts of them, but the patterns are interesting. Like the pattern for Gandora's wings.

This is a really cool art style. Gandora (the dragon behind Yugi) is a really fun card to use. Whenever it's brought to the field you usually hear a series of "Wait, no."
