hmm. Did you ask her if that was okay? Because it is her OC after all, and it looks exactly like him. And while I can't speak for her, I know that I wouldn't be too happy about someone taking my OC and getting a picture commissioned of him for their OC, with little to no changes.

Well thought no I haven't asked her permission since out of the photo of model I usually use a big amount of other references as real life persons and especially character song based on them to let the artist have the best possibility to catch the character. For me the biggest reference to Aamon would still be Asagi of the band D

who does looks by the eyes like Yuumei's art.
And though yes, it's my fault too for not having seen about the accesoires changes etc... for having it still look the same as your friends OC, thought I commissioned this wonderfull piece to see how the character would be in artstyle and see which changes on his aspect could be do to accentuate him in difference of his references.
So at the end, Aamon's final version could even look more like Asagi in the character song who describes him
