~102 Ziplit (Pichipachi) The Stray Spark Pokémon. Only appearing on cloudy and stormy days, Ziplit bolt from cloud to cloud high above in the skies. Finding and catching these Pokémon is quite the arduous task, since it requires that one climb some of Coabana's tallest mountain peaks on a stormy day. The only way to stop a Ziplit from bolting around wildly through the air is to get hit by it or draw it in with a rod. As they zip around, they close their eyes, letting electromagnetic forces guide them to their destination. Ziplit live off the electrical energy stored in these clouds, and sometimes they come crashing down to Earth riding a lightning bolt.

~103 Nubolt (Kaminagumo) The Bolt Serpent Pokémon. When Ziplit stabilize as they age, they become Nubolt. Nubolt trap air around them, forming clouds that cling on to the Pokémon. The clouds disperse as the Nubolt swims through the air, but they always reform once it remains still for a moment. These Pokémon do not have a dedicated position for their head or hands and can instantly swap their tails with their necks, effectively turning themselves around entirely in an instant and allowing for better escape and maneuverability.

~104 Relastorm (Hatataryuu) The Thundercloud Pokémon. When multiple Nubolt fuse together, they create a Relastorm. These Pokémon, seemingly made up of pure plasma, create entire thunderstorms just by floating around. They are much stabler and slower than individual Ziplit are, but their electricity is so focused that a single strike can melt right through a solid sheet of metal like a plasma cutter. Blue, stray bolts of lightning often emanate from their bodies in random directions; sometimes these bolts will fly free and a little Ziplit will be born. These are the only known Pokémon that can come within the tumultuous outer ring of Hurrichaos's maelstrom without being entirely eradicated by the entropy.
