Your dragon queen design is REALLY REALLY good. I can't say I've ever seen "webbed" designs like that, going down the middle of the head and neck. I also like the jewelry on her, it makes her pretty.
Also, I must congratulate you on the background, because it looks AMAZING. How did you draw the grass? It looks great!

And about grass... I used 2 kind of brushes to make grass. One typical photoshop brush with blade of grass, and some brush which looks like a smudge blot

P.S. about lines... I had a problem with them, because i just scanned my picture and colour it in ^^" I'm still learn how to draw in PS

Oh, okay. Well you can also make the lines softer by burring them or scanning at a larger scale and reducing the image afterwards.
