Description "Discovered in the Mongolian Desert, the entity has shown mild local reality-distortion in simply existing, causing rapid gravitational fluctuations, transmutation of materials, and localized dimensional tears. it fled when approached by operatives from a nearby military base. Sightings of the Observer have been frequent since, usually in junkyards, dumps, and factories, functioning and derelict. It has been seen using it's spindly fingers to carefully pick apart electronics and analog devices, clearly fascinated with them. When picking at larger items, such as vehicles and factory machinery, it will use it's secondary arms to puncture and shift the items around, using them in a much more brutish way than with smaller items. Aside from these unwanted intrusions, the Observer, as it's name implies, observers, mostly people, animals, plants, and structures. Signs of it's presence have also be popping up in frequented locales, such as flora dying/dead in large swaths due to unknown exposure to chemical/energy emissions from the Observer. Permanent gravitational anomalies have also been uncovered, causing small rocks, substrate, and other small items to become suspended; as well as sicking senses of vertigo and nausea in both people and fauna. The most dangerous traces left by it are localized dimensional-tears, leaking hazardous energies into surrounding areas, fortunately most of the tears will reseal themselves instantly, however some do remain for weeks on end... It is thought that these tears. since being only localized instances, are used by the Observer to travel across Earth in mere seconds, and, essentially, everywhere and anywhere. Threat to flora and fauna; Slight. Threat to dimensional stability; Unknown/Likely."
