Judge have a particular color of skin if he wasn't in grey and white?
And can I just switch the color of the clothes? ;w; Like everything who's white I turn it into black and what is black into some white? ;w;

I'm glad you like it! Go ahead and cosplay him; he's not my character anyway :'D
As for the questions, I don't really know/care what skin color he is as a human; it's why I colored him b&w anyway. All the characters in Off are pretty much black and white, so I'd say cosplayers need not worry about their skin. You can switch the clothing colors, but I think that might make his overall color scheme more black than white which might make it harder for people to tell that you are the Judge (a white cat).
