The trick is the hold the shield button when he starts this attack, then when each of the 3 waves is about to hit you, down dodge (sidestep) and if timed correctly, you will dodge each wave. [link]

i got so pissed with this move..me and my friend were screaming like hell everytime we almost killed it..then he did that move and we couldn't dodge it. lmao.

He took a long time to take down, yet... he was also pretty easy to dodge attacks. I mean, he uses obvious attacking movements.

I remember Tabuu lol nice pic man. Those rings of death aren't that hard to dodge once you have the timing in your head. I do get hit once and I while though *grumbles*

that attack is hard to dodge for me, i have a terrible timing with the dodge move(so i only passed boss battles once shame on me), i get more pissed than the angry video game nerd, i wonder what will happen if he plays against tabuu on intense...O_o,

I beat him on my 1st try on intense. It was pretty easy. Characters: Ike, Link, Marth, Ness, Lucas.
