Mud-Ruka is one of the many Vilicini gangs competing over territory, their most notable rivals are Hell Nation and M.O.D.A. Each Mud Rat (a member of Mud-Ruka) is named after a individual color which goes with the theme of their Organization. The Name Mud-Ruka is a play on the word mudduck a slang word used to refer to an ugly female, and Ruka refers to a female involved in gang violence
