Mega Serperior got the cape from its shedded skin, which make it more supermacy and nobler!
Just a glance, Mega Serperior is capable of freezing its enemy, and take advance to retaliate with Leaf Storm created by its long, elegant cape!
M.Serperior's Speed slightly decreases, while its Def & Spe.Def got a big boost. The Pkmn's Sp.Att also increases abit.

if contrary was enough to get serperior from UU to OU then if this happens and the ability is in tact than that may mean serperior could wind up in UBERS seriously even if it's at a sacrifice of the pure sp atk fire power contrary gives the superior serpent but giving it the ability to HAVE A 1/4 chance to just stun an opponent sounds crazy.....also the design is really good
but that's all okay because serperior is my fav and hey gamefreak should bring back megas anyway so oof or whatever I don't know how end this out
