Okay so split Chapter 1 into three parts XD. So here is the first one. Just a look at what Benjamin did 8 years after his parents death. And what do you know, a Young gangster XD.

(8 years later. 1857 Detroit MI)

Things have gotten darker in this area. People still remember the attacks that happened nearly a decade ago. Still that hasn't stopped the crime that happens....most commonly in the southern part of the city.......which is held by an Irish gang of gangsters. Currently they were present in front of a bank. "Oi lads, we gots a big one to take" said the leader "Tom we've been ready for this for quite awhile now. I think we can pull this off" says a member. "Yeah, especially since we have a talented fox here" he points to the last member, the youngest being 16. "You ready for this Benjamin lad" Benjamin stands up.... "Almost, just making sure I have what I need" he quickly goes through his equipment "Colt Navy revolver, Forged Tomahawk, dagger, pliers.....Yeah I'm set" he creeps his way from their hiding place. Normally most gangsters just barge in and take (which was common with other gangs). What Benjamin did was make the way clear so the gang can take and leave. Benjamin sneaks past the officers nearby, whom don't notice him. He signals to Tom to move the others in. He than runs and.....synchronizes the guards. He drags them to a nearby hay stack, and throws them in so no one will notice. He quickly runs up the side of the bank, carefully climbing it til he has reached the top of it. "Now to just cut the electrical wires to the telegrams....so no police come" he thought to himself. he gets his pliers out and walks to the edge of the roof of the bank, with the telegram wire in reach. He takes the pliers and chops at the wires until they have broken. "Now they can get in" he thought, as he signals Tom and the others, whom go running into the bank. "PUT ALL THE MONEY IN" is what Ben was hearing the whole time. Soon after a good 5 minutes, Tom and the rest of the gang came out with the dough, running back to the alley. "Yes" Benjamin said, victorious. He was about to leave when "HEY, HOLD IT RIGHT THERE BOY". Ben turns around to see some police on the roof. "Shit!" He said to himself, and instead of going down, he want jumping and running across the rooftops. He could hear the cops trying to catch up, but he was too fast for them. Eventually he had lost them, and thanks to the fact he cut the telegram, the police couldn't get reinforcements. He Gets back to the ground and starts walking back to his gangs hideout.

The gang had a little hideout where they had spent a lot of they're time at, paid off any cops that came across it. Benjamin walks in, and sees Tom enjoying a drink with the others. "And then when we walked in, literally everyone went pale XD, even the fucking guard whom was suppose to protect the place". Once Tom sees Benjamin, he holds up his glass and everyone else does the same. "TO BENJAMIN, OUR BEST GANGSTER EVER". Everyone cheered, while Benjamin Blushed a little from it. "Thanks guys, it's the kinda thing I enjoy doing." He says, smiling, although deep down, it wasn't true. Tom gets down and pats him "I bet your father would've been proud right?" He said........Benjamin's smile quickly turned into a frown, as he tilted his head......a single tear escaping his eye "yeah.......maybe he would've". Tom quickly saw he said the wrong thing "oh dear I......im sorry Ben, I didn mean no har...." "It's alright. U slipped up, like usual" Benjamin replied, heading up to the leaders room. He was currently counting out the coins they had managed to take. "'Scuse me, Mr. Winchester uhhh....." "Ahhhh Benny my boy, come on in" Ben walks in and sits in one of his seats. "You know Tom has been chatting about you a lot, he's very impressed with your skill", Mr Winchester said. "Thank you sir, I do what I can" Ben said sheepishly. "93....94.....95, wow, big take today: $10,395. Excellent job" Mr Winchester said proudly, Making Ben lighten a little. "It's great to see you're happy sir........but.....um.....well" Mr Winchester looked at him, Concerned. "Is something wrong" Ben just sighed, "I just don't know if I can do this all my life, just constantly smuggling cargo and robbing as well" "it's what you're use to you know". Ben looked at him "well yeah.....but it's not as fun as it was before I got use to it" Mr. Winchester stood up, a bit annoyed "and you're telling me you want to go away" Ben looked down at the floor "well......maybe" Mr Winchester Chuckled at that. "Boy let me remind you, that I took you under my arm when you were 10 years old, and I mainly did that because I felt bad for you. Sorry I couldn't bring your sister, but I'm sure she's alright. Now I've watched out for you these past years, taught you how to survive, and even how to take, and when you've done me right, I always make sure you get something good. And I'll tell you this, the only way you'll leave this gang is if either you get killed or Arrested." Ben looked up wanting to argue....but his courage failed him and he looked down, defying Mr Winchester is like asking to be a target in shooting practice, "y...yes sir". "Good, now how about you go with the rest of the gang". Ben gets up and heads back to the bar. Tom offers him a drink and the little party they are having continues.....even though Benjamin didn't have the heart for it. After what felt like hours he went to his spot in the building to sleep. As he heads for bed....he takes a glance at the two things salvaged from the house he lived in, that they gave him: this necklace with an odd shaped symbol on it, he can never figure out what it meant, but since he remembers his father wearing it....he keeps it for luck. Next to it is probably one of the few family photos, which showed him and his family still together.......Benjamin badly wished he could have those times back. Tom walks in to see if Benjamin's alright. "Hey buddy, U okay" Ben groaned, "not really......it's been 8 years since my father and mother were killed...I still remember the face of the killer, it haunts me" Tom was probably the only one whom understood Ben, so he sat next to him. "It isn't your fault, that just up and happened" "yeah......but there are times I wish I could find his murderer.....just to end him like he ended my father..." Tom gets up, "idk about that, it may be extremely difficult to find this man....im just saying. If they didn't find him when that happened, how would he be easy to find now." Ben sighed, "idk, I guess it's all fantasy for me". Tom sighs, "well, it may take luck to find him. And you do kinda have luck on your side. Trust me". Ben smiles, getting into bed "right.....good night Tom" "good night mate" Tom then leaves. Ben just rolls over and falls asleep, waiting for the next day.

(Next day)

Benjamin and Tom were walking down to the docks. They had a cargo that they were picking up. Tom was leading the way, but considering his memory, they quickly got lost. "Damn..I got us lost again" Tom said frustrated. "Relax. I'll find us our route there" "how then?" Ben thought about it.....then saw the nearby church tower. "I just need a birds eye view" he quickly runs to the side of the church and begins climbing up it, while Tom watches dumbfounded "fine I guess....I'll be down here". Benjamin eventually reaches the top (there was an hawk up there that flew when he got up). He stands still, observing his surroundings, until he's found a route to go........now how was he suppose to get down? He looks down to see what looks like a hay cart. "Idk about this" he thought to himself, before leaping off and landing in it....without hurting himself surprisingly. "Hmmm that went smoother than I thought" he said, quickly reuniting with Tom and going their way to the docks. "Now what did the boss say this was?" Ben asks. "It's suppose to be some rare food from Cleveland, it'll be worth a fortune" Tom says proudly. They eventually reach the area. They speak to the manager and head in.........but they didn't notice a figure watching them.
