[link]Two characters from the "Last Home Recording" shortstory. I've developed a pretty bad pain in my wrist due to tendinitis, and this was really hard to sketch wearing a brace. I managed to do it using a technique I learned from my teacher from 4th Grade, who was from the Middle East. She tried to teach me that holding a pencil the way they do to write over there like she did was wrong, but I picked it up anyway because I thought it was so cool.
Looks like it proved useful afterall

I've seen gotten a lot better - another artist with a similar problem linked me to some exercise videos that really helped me out.

Nope, he just has some goggles that mirror the design is all. Like a cheap knockoff brand or something. "Goggle-O-Goggles, much superior and more stylish than Runlar's brand of blocky Ifryt goggles! Half the cost, 1/100th of the functionality and reliability!"

I'm guessing you're drawing 'from the wrist'? I.e. keeping your lower arm on the table and just moving your hand? that can screw up all the tendons/cartilage/things that make your hand work eventually...
We've always been told to draw 'from the elbow or shoulder" works great for sweeping lines on cars, probably not so useful on characters...
Any way, awesome characters, i wanna read more!

Yup, you nailed it haha. I tried drawing how you do, and I can see how it would be awesome on a big canvas. Didn't work well for my little sketchbook though XD
