He's actually not that old--he's middle aged, so around 40-50 or so. He certainly doesn't ACT like it except when he's pretending to be an old man on purpose.

I know, it was a joke. I know what the dark side does to you, just look at Palpatine, and all the siths in SWTOR. I honestly think it's because of Maul's biology, since his species of Zabrak lives on a planet like Dathomir, it only makes sense that they're more durable to time and other ill effects that plague the body.
