Hector was a character I created years ago.
He is humanoid who can change into a dragon.
This ability to change, he discovered when he was a young teenager..
So as a teenage dragon, his human expressions tend to make him somewhat dramatic.

Lol, I like the O.o expression with the line underneath his eye, it conveys quite a bit of surprise. The teeth sticking out over his bottom lip also looks cute.
