The thumbnail of this looks really wierd becuase it looks like the tablecloth and vase are hanging off of the gun(which in the thumbnail I thought was a fishing rod)
Do you actully wear thta kind of get up on a regular basis becuase that would be awesome. You look like you walked right off the set of a western, it's great.

I agree, thumbnails do have problems at times. I pay attention to thumbnails, before I upload now days.
I rarely dress up like that. I dressed up in old time clothes for that photo. I do like a broad hat when I sketch and hike in the wilderness. The hat is very useful for shade on my sketch board. Other than that, most of what I wear is pretty normal (If it is odd, it usually has a good purpose). I don't care to be noticed by the locals, so I try to blend into the crowd.

Hats are very usefull.
And I was wondering if you mind if I did an artist rendering of this, I really like the feel of the photo.
And yeah you would be very noticeable in that kind of outfit, the only place you'd blend would be on the set of a western, or perhaps one of those reinactment festivel things.

Or am I wrong?

Sweet... though I doubt I'll go to Cali... being all the way here in PA.
BTW... you wouldn't happen to know what type of gun you were holding would you?

I never got to shoot a black powder. I was once but at the time my back was really hurting and I didn't want to hurt it more.

Back problems and black powder guns are indeed a bad combo.
