I didn't knew that you had such an amazing chara! That slim and long design, combined with the fur and those gorgeous feathered wings makes her a precious and magnificent dragon. The colors are perfect, those blue eyes are like saphires-

I'm so glad to see you drawing, even with your depression and all! That's really inspiring first and foremost ^_^

Second, I love the way this is shaded. Now I want to draw a picture like this XD I like the way you do her body, anatomy aside (I think its just the chest area needs to be thicker), it gives her such a unique look that most other characters do not have! Beautiful drawing, lovely pose too!
