So accurate!!! That's exactly how us storytravellers( as my friend,Brandon calls) us says. We read a book to escape our realities and enter a whole new world. It comforts us,it surrounds us. Sometimes we get lost in a book, and it consumes us. The characters become our friends,  and by the end of the book,family. Books are an escape, a paradise, a portal to new worlds,dementions and places. If you cannot afford a plane ticket, you can travel thanks to a book. You want to meet unusual,unique people? A book can introduce you to anyone from an explorer to a sexy demon. Books teach us new things. They give us new perspectives on things, people,places, experiences and life. Books show you how other people precieve things and the world around them. Whether it be fiction or non-fiction, the authors depiction and percieption of the world is seen through each word he/she adds in their book. If you ever need a friend, a book is always there. Even when it seems no one else is. Books are our friends. They offer comfort, advice, friendship and its an excellent passtime. This photo displays the loneliness of s storytraveller, perfectly.
